First off all genetics are very important. There are some limits to what you can achive with your genetics.
Eat clean healthy whole diet. Means no junk food bread processed foods etc.
Exercises- sumo squats, lunges, jump squats burpees, bike, running, going uphill, stairs. Anything that will make your butt burn

You need to eat more of HEALTHY GOOD FOODS and work out (squats lunges going up the stairs etc) then there is no way that you will gain weight in your tummy. If you are gaining weight in your tummy it means you don’t eat clean. If you workout and eat clean your body knows what to do :) I hear that from a lot of skinny girls. They always “eat more” but it isn’t actually that much, it is just that their stomach is so small and it can’t fit more food. You need to stretch it out a bit with bigger portions of food. Remember always healthy food so it won’t make you gain extra fat on your tummy

If you want to build some butt you need to eat more so body can build a butt. You can’t build something when you don’t have products to do it. Start slow, try to do as many squats as you can and add some more later. Remember quality over quantity. Good form is necessary because you don’t want to hurt your knees or back
